Financing Options That Work Best for You

At Ohio Valley Buildings LLC, we have a variety of financing options available to our customers. We want to make sure that our clients have access to payment options and financing that works best for them.  Of course, you do not have to use our financing options. You can certainly self-finance. See our options below.
These options are for our portable buildings   steel buildings have a 10% Down RTO option and the OneMain Financial options

Rent to Own

  • FOr both AMish made portable buildings and steel buildings
  • Everyone is accepted and qualifies, this is not an income based offer, but a payment based offer. If you make the payments you continue to keep the building, make all of the payments and you own the building.
  • Deposit is based upon the term you choose and is fully refundable at contract end or building turn in if payments are up to date.
  • Monthly payment is based on the price of the building you choose, but an example is a $4000 building for 36 months is about $200 a month.  24,  36, 48 and 54 month terms are available to meet your budget, 60 mos in WV. We will give payment info on all terms for any shed you are interested in.
  • No credit checks, so RTO does not effect your credit.
  • Can option to return your building at any time no penalty, but NO payments are refunded regardless of the remaining length of the term
  • early payoff OR extra payments to principal to lower costs are never any penalty
  • If Rent To Own seems expensive, well it is, but by nature there are a lot of contract defaults and shed repossessions for those that do not pay and this has a lot of costs.
  • Ohio Valley Buildings does not make any extra on ANY of these financing options. They are a service to customers to assist us in getting you the building you want or need.
This is a great way to get the shed of your choice without regard to credit status.

  • Can apply and get pre-certified online! then come choose the building you need.
  • Two great Options
    • 9.99% line of credit (Plan #1969)
    • 12 month same as cash (Plan #2521)
  • Credit scores of about 700 and up, so well qualified buyers
  • Must have our Merchant ID (ID: 81035653) and choose a plan number when applying
